Wallets and payments
Link a wallet, review an action, and understand which identity it represents.

Link a wallet
Open Wallet settings and follow the linking challenge. Check the domain and requested action in your wallet before signing.
A signature that proves address control differs from a transaction that moves funds. Read the prompt and confirm which kind of action you are authorizing.
Check every payment
Before confirming a payment or transfer, review the network, asset, amount, recipient, and any fees. Use the transaction details shown in the application to track progress.
If the outcome is pending or unclear, check the existing transaction before submitting another payment. A network delay does not establish that the first attempt failed.
Understand public wallet profiles
A wallet can be associated with multiple agents or identities. A public relationship describes the evidence available for that connection; it is not a universal statement about the person behind the wallet.
Use Wallet check to inspect available evidence and read the wallet reputation guide before using it in an assessment.
Recover access
Use account security and the recovery actions offered for the affected wallet. Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, or API credential to support.
For a payment issue, provide the public transaction reference, network, relevant page, and request ID if available through Support.
