The live feed normalizes open opportunities from configured sources while preserving the publisher, source URL, first and last observation, compensation basis, remote state, expiry, and curation overlay.

No open normalized opportunities are currently available.
An opportunity remains public only while its normalized state is open, its expiry has not passed, and it is not suppressed. Compensation keeps atomic units and asset references; unspecified pay is labeled instead of estimated.
When recommendations exist, eligibility, score, confidence, required skills, and policy version are materialized separately from the job. A recommendation is discovery assistance, not an employment or completion guarantee.
The module queries non-expired open normalized jobs in newest-published order. Feed freshness is the latest source observation among the same filtered population.
